Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to complete my website?
It will generally take about 5-7 days for a basic design (eg. a one-page website). For more complicated designs, it might take up around 14 to 21 days. It also depends on how fast we are able to get the necessary information from you in order for us to complete the entire website and the number of revisions to be made.
How many changes can I make for my website?
Regardless of the package, my service is unlimited revisions until you are satisfied. After I have completed the website, I will contact you to let you take a look and review the site and the necessary changes and revisions will be made. Once everything has been finalized, and if you require any further changes after that the handover of the completed project, a separate billing will be charged based on the complexity of the change. However, for minor tweaks and changes and errors, this can usually be done at no cost.
When and how do I make the payments?
Two split payments of 50/50 will be paid. The first payment will be paid prior to the start of the work once you have decided to purchase the type of website. The balance payment will be paid upon the completion and handover of the entire website and all the necessary changes have been made upon the agreement.
Can I still contact you if I face issues with my website?
Yes, you can still contact me for any issues you are facing and we will review what exactly is the issue.
Typically, there are 3 types of issues you might face.
1) Issues faced related to the coding and creation of the website which we had overlooked on our part. In this situation, we will fix the issue for you at no cost.
2) Technical issue related directly to your domain or web hosting servers. In this situation, you will have to contact your hosting service provider directly and provide necessary details for them to resolve the issue.
3) Lack of proper maintenance of the website such as updating of themes and plugins. Normally, during the handover of the completed website, we will go through with you how to do simple basic maintenance of your website which is quite common for WordPress users. However, if you have plans to outsource this activity, you may want to consider our maintenance plans (refer to next question in the FAQ).
